WynnDcorp Realty Residential specialist will be happy to compare your property
criteria with property listed on the market, as members of MLS, and provide you
data and photos on those that meet your needs. We are experienced Realtors at
serving relocation companies and relocation buyers.
Whether
you are looking for houses and homes, including log homes, land, lots,
commercial property, and business opportunities in the Great Smokey Mountains Western North Carolina or International
properties we can help. Our networking capabilities are wide and vast. We have seller and broker contacts for
everything from luxury homes to mom and pop real estate and business properties
and investment property.
After you have selected those properties that
interest you, we contact the listing agent / broker and arrange for viewing /
showing the properties. Once you have determined your first choice the real
work begins. If you have entered into a “Buyer’s Broker” agreement with
WynnDcorp we act as your representative, your broker.

We can
evaluate the property for or with you and assist you to determine the offering
price.
· We prepare “Offer to
Purchase & Contract” agreement(s) and all applicable addendums.
· We negotiate on your
behalf and as you advise, to attain the best price.
· Once we have an accepted
contract, a list of inspectors, closing attorneys, lenders, etc will be
provided for the buyer to select from at the buyer’s request.
· At your option, and with
your written approval, we will enlist those you have selected to provide for
the appropriate requirement.
Whether you are our client or our customer, we

WynnDcorp
represents both Sellers and Buyers. This means that it is possible a buyer we
represent will want to purchase a property owned by a Seller we represent. When
that occurs, the agent and firm will act as dual agents if all parties agree.
Buyers Broker agreements
are available at the Buyers request. However, until such time as the Buyer
and WynnDcorp has executed a "Buyers Broker" agreement, the firm
and its agents represent the Seller as agent or sub-agent.
